Gift Aid

A huge benefit which is available to charities like ours, is Gift Aid, which means that if you are a tax payer, we can claim an additional 25% of your donation back from the government. Simply ticking the Gift Aid box means we can claim back the tax you have already paid on that donation at no cost to you, which increases the value of your gift by an additional 25p in each pound. Last year, reclaiming Gift Aid alone helped us fund more projects. Gift Aid Envelopes are also available, please ask a steward.

In kind donations

We hold a range of fundraising events throughout the year and are always on the lookout for any raffle or auction prizes; large or small.

Food Bank

Liberty Church has been running a food bank for almost a decade now, which is primarily aimed at asylum seekers, immigrant workers, refugees and families that are in desperate need. We recognise that there is a great need in Rotherham and are currently looking to expand this outreach ministry. Any generous gifts of tins and non-perishable foods would be gratefully received.
